GOLD REWARD PROGRAM

Price policy: These are retail prices. If you are a retailer, please  register (it is very easy) and get immediately wholesale prices.

Shipping policy
> We ship from LAKE BLUFF, IL USA within 1-2 working days after receipt of your funds. Given product availability and time of the year, you can expect to receive your item within 2-4 weeks of ordering it. So, please order in advance, especially before big holidays.
> To expedite your shipment, please E-mail Alkota or call 847-615-9138.
> You will be shown the Shipping and Handling charges on the "Purchase Verification" page before you finalize your purchase. We use UPS rates. These rates tend to calculate the weight of the shipment with the location of where it is being delivered. We do not earn money on the shipping. A small fee ($1.00-$2.00) for handling could apply in some cases.
> Our preference for shipping in the U.S. is UPS Ground. If you need to receive your order faster, please choose another UPS form of shipment.
> 99% of the product is in stock and in the warehouse in Chicago, IL. If not, you can order the piece you like. It will take up to two months to get it, depending on painter and supplies available.
> Shipments abroad are less expensive for the customer if shipped by US Postal Service. We ship GLOBAL EXPRESS to foreign countries. It is faster and your orders are trackable. Here are the USPS rates for different destinations:

> If you wish to use a carrier which is not mentioned above, please drop us a note and we will honor your request.

> Alkota may offer discounts, specials, and other promotions which can reduce the cost of shipping. We promptly provide the notice of any changes to our shipping charges on our Web site.
Accepted forms of payment
> We accept money orders, cashier's checks, personal checks and Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. All prices are in US dollars.
> We do not charge Illinois residents the state tax.

Return policy
> If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, e-mail us, and ship it back within two (2) days of receiving the item for a full refund, shipping excluded. If the item is custom made to your specifications, including changes in size and materials, and it matches your specifications, the item may not be returned for a refund. Only for exchange.
> Please, insure return shipment in case of loss or damage. We suggest you use a carrier who is able to provide you with proof of delivery such as UPS, Federal Express or Airborne Express. It will also expedite your replacement or refund.
Privacy policy
> The information about you is used for internal purposes only and will not be shared with any other party. Your email address will not be rented or sold.

Product info
> We strive to provide our customers with the best representations of the items we sell. However, we can not fully insure the complete match of color, shape or material, because each item we carry is handcrafted by Russian artisans and is unique. Technical Requirements
