This Russian genuine Snowmaiden is handcrafted in Moscow, Russia: carved out of linden wood and painted with watercolor. It is decorated with authentic gold leaf and more than 150 semiprecious stones.  Workshop "Russkiy Dom", Moscow, Russia. Maria Dolgoroukova was the first wife of the First Romanov Tzar Michael (1596-1645), coronated as a Tzar of Russia in 1613.
