Ship & Returns
If you can not place your order on the web site, your country is not yet included in the shipping profile . Please email us immediately at email@example.com and we will add it, so you get your order on time.
RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS, "BUY BACK" POLICY
You have 24 hours after placing the order on the site to get the full 100% of what you paid. After 24 hours If you changed your mind and your order is in process of preparing and shipping you can't cancel the order. It will be shipped.
After you get your order:
It is your responsibility during the first 24 hours after getting your order thoroughly inspect it. If something is wrong with the item (s), immediately report our offce (847)899-0000 and Fedex (if the item is broken).
If you want to return a part or the whole order after it is delivered to you, you can do that during the first 72 hours! We charge 30% restocking fee. Please call us at (847)899-0000 and let us know what you would like to return. Then ship it insured via the same company (mostly Fedex or USPS) using the address on the invoice. If you already paid for your order, we will issue a refund by check after we get your return. If you want to return what you purchased after 72 hours you can do it but only for exchange for the similar item or a different one.
If you bought Russian merchandise not from us, but still want to sell it, no problem! Please call us and tell us what exactly you are offering, then ship it. We will appraise it and give you our best price possible. If you are not satisfied, we will ship you your item back at our expense. You can also email us a picture of what you are offering, and we will give you an estimate over the email. We will confirm our estimate after we see the piece delivered. Please, do not ship anything without calling us first.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world.
If you are located in the USA, you can pay with check, money order and the credit card- Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. All of those credit cards are processed by Pay Pal. PayPal is the money processor.
If you are located outside the USA, you can pay for your purchase only by wiring the money to our bank account, or by using the PayPal. After we get the funds we ship the product to you. The bank info is presented at customer's request.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. We ship abroad USPS, which is the most economical way of delivering orders. Shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. We usually ship from our Lake Bluff location. In some cases we can ship your order directly from Russia. If there are force major circumstances, such as airline strikes, extreme weather conditions or deteriorating of mutual relations between USA and Russian Federation leading to restricting export-import operations, we reserve up till 75 days from the date of the order to deliver it to your address in the US. If you are located in a country other thatn the USA, we will notify you about the delivery date. It is your responsibility to read these terms. If you place your order, we assume that you agree with our shipping policy.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
If you purchased on the website, through the email or over the phone and changed your mind, You may return your purchase at your expense in the first 3 days after delivery for the full refund (if you already paid) minus shipping costs. The merchandise you are returning must not be damaged or broken by you, or they are not returnable. If you were given initially shipping free and then decide to return your purchase then the original shipping charges will be put back into your invoice along with shipping back charges.
If you get a wrong product, we will call tag it at our expense and exchange for the right one. We will also pay for shipping a package to us if the item or goods came damaged or broken. We reserve the right to exchange or repair the broken parts and reship those to you at our expense. If you change your mind and do not want any product after receiving them damaged you will receive the full refund minus 25% restocking fee (if paid) or will be charged this percentage if not paid). Since all our merchandise is crafted by hand there are no exact items crafted. Therefore we reserve the right to ship you a product very similar to the ordered one, but crafted by the same carver and decorated by the samer artist (painter).
We will inspect the product after we get it.We will process your refund the same or next business day after we get a return from you. If you pay by credit card and we process it, we will issue a credit for the return to the same credit card. If you pay by check, the check will be in the mail to you the same business day.
If you place an order and pay by credit card through Pay Pal and we do not have your full order in stock, we will ship you what we have, update your order and include in the package the company's check for the amount we did not ship.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the "My Account" menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
The items purchased during festivals and other events of this sort can be returned only if we agree that the quality and the state of the item is unchanged. We reserve the right to decline the return if the purchasing price is lower than the retail price of the item announced on the web site.
