     We carry different types of jewelry - paper mache jewelry and mother-of-pearl jewelry. Both types are hand made and hand painted in Russia by Russian artists. Some of them are experienced master painters with many years of painting practice in this field, others are young but talented people, who decided to follow the path of their parents and ancestors, because this Russian old traditional folk craft exists for more than two centuries.

Here we introduce paper mache hair barrettes, earrings, bracelets, pins. On mother-of-pearl - mostly pins, and some necklaces. The paper mache jewelry is made in the classical "Zhostovo" style, appeared in Russia in the early 19 century. It was developed so much that  "Zhostovo" painters get specialized education in the Fedoskino School of Art - one  of the most prestigious and worldly known miniature painting institutions.
